Tuslog, many are of the opinion, including myself, that there never was a "legitimate" business plan by PV and AD, but that their only plan was to perpetrate a pump and dump scheme to defraud investors out of their money through publishing puffed and/or false press releases, posting grossly exaggerated and/or false financial statements and pro forma on the company website and in PRs; promising repeatedly to release audited financials which would support the grandiose financial claims, and other actions which would obviously entice the investing public to buy the stock. It appears to me that the regulatory commissions agree.
