I will watch the pps. Traders will be back in droves and pps will retrace from r/s level.

If I see indications which suggest or convince me that GMFX will succeed, after all, then I'll wait until I think the pps has gone as low as it will and start buying again.

Part of the calculus will be how fast and for what Fleming spends money and causes dilution again. Or will he use current income only, and not borrow anymore.

If he spends it primarily on advertising, effective advertising, it is well spent, I will be more favorably influenced to reinvest.

Hey Wayne, I know this may sound like BS but I am truly sorry for your loss, man. Especially seeing as how you believed so greatly in this company. You shared with me about how your family was belittling you for taking this risk and I can only imagine how devastating this must be for you. I once believed in the potential of this company as you did, but I decided to jump ship before this big tub completely capsized. Let's hope that something positive becomes of this debacle sooner or later. I truly hope things work out for you. Take care and God bless you.
