Now I know what happened. The TA gave us the entire share structure at the close of the 504 if I'm not mistaken.....or was at least validating what Berman was giving us. The a/s, the o/s and the float........wasn't the TA giving it all to us dak?........but at that time no more shares could be sold. I remember several people calling and stating that the TA confirmed nothing had changed since its closing for a couple of weeks or more..
