This Ta is not gagged and will give the a/s and the o/s count. Berman would have to authorize the float count. The o/s count is just a reflection of the float in this case, the shares are out there less he can call them back?. Have we not already witnessed what 2 billon shares issued will do the companies share price?.........where do we go from here, at this level?
Run.........no not here!. Berman has done all the running for us longs..........where do you go from here?. How does anyone justify these kind of losses from a share price that was at one time .06..........Only one other avenue to take if he wants to continue on this path. If you call a TA that says they cannot disclose anything then that is gagged TA. It was my mistake in thinking that the TA was giving us all the information we asked for on the entire share structure........This is really and exceptional TA.........the TA here is not the problem its Berman.
If the truth hurts look no farther than the share price and the authorized that was just recently raised........what responsible Ceo would do this?........He can reverse some of what he has done and if he chooses not to,,,,,,,guess we just have and ungoing battle with what it brings. Its evident what this has done so far......do you expect the opposite to occur if he continues in this manner?
