I agree with the hiring of a real IR firm. Dont really care how they had to pay for it, whether it was cash, stock, or a combination. Dont think we have seen anything official outlining the details, but the key is the hiring of the IR firm.
Not sure why SPRL would hire any IR firm unless ther was something on the horizon to report on.... So, hopefully that is a good sign of good things to come. From some of his past releases, its obvious that Sam is no IR genius.
Decent volume today with no price movement.... still plenty of shares available under .003 it would seem...
