For you smoking gun, how about, the nominee accounts and their transactions, Petar's taped admissions to the RCMP, dozens of false and misleading news releases...etc.
Oh I am very confident the SEC knows more about this scam than Jim Bishop or me. LOL I am sure the OSC is keeping the SEC apprised of its investigation. At the outset the OSC said it would take at least six months. That was in late Dec/06. Its been eight months with holidays intervening. they are pretty much on target. imo
Plasma-Man, 9 months is not a long time for a regulatory investigation to come to fruition. You may want to acquaint yourself with sample proceedings on the OSC, SEC and ASC websites, which will clearly demonstrate this fact.
