Priority Review can be granted—and often is granted—without Fast Track; hence I don’t agree that Fast Track per se is highly consequential.

This is an advantage when a drug program is still in its early stages. In the case of ATryn, however, the important feedback from the FDA was obtained when the company and the FDA agreed on the design of the phase-3 trial.

I imagine his comment was directed at those who immediately pushed the "buy" button at 0831 to purchase at $1.40 or so... only to see their testosterone-induced investment lose 20% ina matter of hours. We've all done it before and, hopefully, learned from the experience. (Not today, tho!)
I wouldn't presume to speak for DewD, however.
