Nope, actually you have just failed to understand how the process works. The SEC, has done its thing so far as investors have been warned and no market maker is making a market in SLJB. Expect SEC action once the Canadian regulators do there thing. Its plain and simple and has happened before.
It has stated before that the SEC has taken a back seat to the OSC because of jurisdictional issues. The OSC is conducting the first investigation, the results of which will be provided to the SEC and now the ASC as well. Then the SEC will take its appropriate action. imo
