thanks....man just seemed like the MEIX shell was a bit cleaner.. TIWA still looks good though.. kinda hit everyone off gaurd... I feel for those stuck in MEIX now as Im sure it wont hold.. Now everone can rush the front door tuesday and get in YIWA

I think we might be looking at a triangular reverse merger, we know on the FLA SOS MEIX has filed merger & amanded merger docs that says they are merging with USNT, now we have the UNST web site telling us they are merging into a public co YIWA, thus the reason for the recent YIWA 15-12g filing which lists Robert Clark, who is Robert Clark the CEO of US National Telecom and the CEO of MEIX. hmmmm

Maybe UNST has or will have subsidiaries they might want to us for YIWA/MEIX, guess Clark is the only one who can tell investors what is going on here!
