I just went back to the Sec of State of Nevada's Business site to take a look at the authorized shares.
Here is a list of amendments made to authorized shares outstanding since inception.
4/19/05 - Inception - 200 million o/s

7/10/06 - Amendment - 1 billion o/s
7/12/06 - Amendment - 800 million o/s (someone get caught?)
9/14/06 - Amendment - 850 million o/s
9/26/06 - Amendment - 800 million o/s (caught again?)
12/28/06 - Amendment - 725 million o/s (appeasing s'h'ers?)
