How does a stock split increase shareholder value, especially when the stock is trading at .28? Don't you realize there's minimum share price requirements before a company can list on an exchange?
They did a stock split not that long ago and since then the stock dropped by 86%. Yea, good idea, just artificially raise the price and give Matin more shares to sell. I think you're right about two cents though, that's where the stock is heading, and rightly so for a company that keeps the share count hidden and operates only for the benefit of the owner.
