Thanks for posting that chart, I just updated the ibox with all the stock charts for this board. When you see the charts for these Goldenberg shells all in a row they paint quite a bullish picture.

You know when you look at all the charts in the ibox several are trading in the .02 to .04 range. Compare them to the way Mark Rentschlers UMCC traded in Apil. Notice those days where UMCC appeared stuck trading in the .03-.04 range and them kaboom it exploded to .18 per share. Several of the goldenberg shells have lower floats and far less shares OS than UMCC had in April.

YIWA has recently undergone a change of control, and Gregory Giagnocavo is now the acting President and CEO of YIWA. The Company expects to change its name to US National Telecom, Inc. as soon as practically possible after receiving proper and legal approvals, including NASD and stock listing approval, to do so. The company may then request to change its stock symbol to USNT; however, although the Company will request that ticker symbol, it has no control over whether or not the right to use that symbol will be approved and granted.

Management of the Company expects to arrange $6 million in funding and loans to help fund acquisitions of other telecom-related companies and to facilitate the expansion of operations, network and infrastructure to meet the strong demand for the Company's services.
