PTXX now being controlled by Mark Rentschler should be added to that list along with MEIX and REDM. All three of these shells were controlled first by Goldenberg, then Rentschler then Clark.
It kind of looks like they have started a Reverse Merger assembly line. MEIX is the farthest along with merger paperwork filed at SOS with REDM and PTXX close behind.
