1. Closure of Harrow.
2. Sam's lack of activity.
3. Tecumseh lack of real hours.
4. Paring down the product lines to just five products.
5. No longer sell lumber.
6. Only 16 - 20 employees. (layoffs?)
7. Lack of inventory in Calgary.
8. Slowness in opening Calgary.
9. Rumors of unpaid bills.
