Starting to see a pattern, Golenberg & or Mark Rentschler, reactives the shell, Cleans them and makes necissary SOS filings and or transfers, then Clark files SEC filings and final merger processing into the end copmany! Not sure if these guys will imitate the Meuse merger as Rentschler & Clark have been filing 15-12G's on thier shells!
IMO we should see a merger filing for REDM on FLA SOS very soon!
