prado, hdogtx and all the must file a 15-12g to merge rule may not be 100% correct. Joseph Meuse has been using an interesting way to get around this. Look at TDWV as a prime example. He just does a name change, change in control and a private sale of controlling block of stock. They went from Tidalwave holdings to beverage creations. No 15-12g filed from what I see. Let me know what everyone thinks.
