I sure hope come Sept. 7 that something happens one way or another to finalize this whole mess. I and others have spent enough time on this stock.

Fine somebody, jail somebody, get SEC involved and delist this thing, I don't care. I can write off my complete loss this year.

Even if OSC does nothing and company puts out fantastic PR, I will be more than happy just to get out even money. I take no pleasure in owning anything that has caused much financial hardship for others. Others can talk well of Steve, trying to convince us he is a sincere christian, community kind of guy, but he is doing nothing but hiding behind lawyers purchased with our money. Christianity doesn't have the same meaning it use to have. How about a little honesty and hearfelt apology to all that have wasted time and money.

Don't chew on me too much. Just venting again. Felt pretty good.

The company is dept free. Ok, it might have been because of what happened last November but it is all it the company’s and there fore our benefit as time will tell.

Earnest, I think it's a possibility that perhaps Steve Sulja is waiting to open Premium/Calgary until after the OSC decision, so that he can make a decision about whether to merely do a corporate name and symbol change or bankrupt the public shell and proceed with his Premium business as a private venture with no stock offering, depending upon what the findings are and whether or not any substantial financial sanctions are ordered. Bankrupting the public shell would be a disaster for the shareholders.
