$$PTXX-Phage Therapeutics is now controlled by Mark Rentschler.

Spoke to transfer agent for PTXX, Interwest Stock Transfer.

TA records have been updated and now show that Mark Rentschler is new CEO for PTXX.


This is the same Mark Rentschler who took UMCC from .004 to .18
It took only 17 days for UMCC to run from .004 to .18. Lots of traders got impatient and sold for .03-.04 between 4/19-4/25 and missed the big run.
