That very well could be as the Murmansk project is back on the drawing board. ============================================================= I am aware of the region but did not know there was a pipeline proposed to go to Murmansk. I guess if Bush wins we trade bombs and CHina gets the pipeline. If he loses we trade oil with Russia and China pays more for oil.
