Look dont feel bad. I am a freaking hound dog when it comes to getting a ceo to respond to me. I sent him tons of e-mail before he first responded. Then after he did I started just conversing with him and now he is usually pretty good at getting back to me.

As business schedules fill up, managers need to manage their own time wisely. Answering multiple investors with similar concerns has to be frustrating to a busy person. That's why Michael initiated the BLOG. It was a very progressive move for a CEO and an indication of his savvy in today's world.

Don't take it so personal that he doesn't answer you. He has selected a few people to respond to and we cannot expect him to stop what he's doing and become a full-time Blogger. Ain't gonna happen, ...that is if Burned Media is going to have a full-time manager. There are always questions, which are not appropriate for a CEO to answer “at this time.” Those questions fall on deaf ears.

Submit your question and know that it has arrived. He does “read” the input even if he doesn’t respond to it all. The answer may come later and you’ll see that he’s been thinking about your request all along.

‘Just a suggestion.
