Now this is my last post here until midnight.

There is NOTHING COMPLICATED about Convertible Debentures. I've seen them in action hundreds of time during the Bear Market. One stock I knew went from $2 to .03 in less than two months. You know why? Because CD holder get a "guaranteed" money back + the huge interest. It doesn't matter if they sell their CD at a dollar or at .0001. They still get the same amount. 99 out of 100 times, however, they want the SP to go as low as possible since most of them short the heck out of it when they start their CD (actually many crooked CD holders do it just because they could short it and make tons more). So why aren't they selling all they could now?
