What recent PR's? Have I missed something? The last one on Marketwire is July 27, two months ago.

Was there something PR'd about Premium Building Supplies, Ltd. and maybe I just haven't seen it? If so, could somebody please provide a link?

If anybody here is familiar with the process of changing the corporate name of an American public company, could you please post what is required by the SEC? (Where's Jim Bishop when I need him?) Thanks.
