You have stated it quite well imo. The current PPS is a direct result of the actions of it's CEO. I also blame the board for allowing this travesty to have occurred. If the members of the board haven't the ability to cause TL to submit to the wishes of the shareholders, they do not belong on the board.
As you said, TL DESERVES his position. I just wish we could get our $180,000/yr. back ! Oh, and all of the perks that went with it.
