Moosedogger - I believe I remember Dr. Stoll addressing the debt question in the past year or so and the answer was basically that Cortex has no assets to use as collateral other than their IP - and Cortex does not want to put that at risk.

P.S. I completely agree and hope this financing has NOTHING to do with an in-licensing.

The hit to the company and shareholders was much too big to justify any in-licensed drug.
