After they restructure the debt....no lawsuits, no more convertible debentures.....and after a share rollback....that's when I will probably take another serious look at taking a substantial long position.
I'm betting that to attract big clients, they may want to get back onto the NASD. So, I am assuming that a reverse split would be done so that they could do that. The listing price requirement for the small cap NASD is $4.00. Sooo, a 2000 to 1 reverse split might be in order. I'm pretty sure that they would meet all the other requirements.
