I'm still have quite a bit of difficulty reconciling why they had to issue and sell all those unregistered shares to pay down company debt when the CEO had already told us they were making sufficient profits to qualify for a NASDAQ listing. I mean, even the unaudited financial statement even showed a net profit of between $15-16 million.
