now getting back to this. if PTCH bought GNNS out where is the filing or buyout agreement? how much is what and why?

hi barren, not quite sure about this. Re can you explain a little more about ptch and gnns? hmmm

I am going to try to find sometime to make some phone calls to get some more info this week. I had talked to another goard member that wa going to try to do it but he is tied uo on other things I think.
