Earnest...you nailed it. That PR probally encouraged a ton of investors to pick up SLJB shares. It was to those numbers that the $300 mil cement deal was added and another $300 mil of assets (or sales) in some form from Consultech being tossed into the shell and bada bing we had a $700,000,000 operation going on here.
