I've been in this for quite some time, quite a bit of money, and quite a few shares. And quite a bit of frustration.

Not sure where the money would come from to start a lawsuit. Do not think anyone would do this pro bono(is that right?)

Seems to me BKMP was created as a money source to funnel funds
to TFN. I would bet any money going into these guys pockets is through TFN, a private company. I have the same disgust with this, just don't think fraud can be proven.

I know some here want to see progress now. I will give until
Sept 30...then

NOBODY has anything but pure speculation (without provable facts) on anything everyone is complaining about. For crying out loud, Sandy has NEVER even taken a salary from this company from what I've seen in the financials. Half the people here don't even realize that what they bought with BKMP is a one-stock mutual company.
We need to just wait and see what this "buyout" turns out to be.
Besides that, who on this board wants to put out MORE money in a law suit?
