NO JR is using OMNC as per the PR, but he did file Regdex ffor WRII, which means they intent selling the shares of that company too.
I sense either something really big or something really fishy. Meaning the R/M of Barite pacificorp with ONMC is backward integrated to WRII so when news comes on ONMC people also buy WRII shares hence Regdex D filing on WRII .( similar to USSE and USSP)
Or they are pumping both shares with R/M news. I believe the first may be true. If first is true the attempt is to get all weak sellers out to run it very high.
Whatever it might be the play is just getting started.
No...WRII is not a shell. Since REG-D was filed and according to Rule 504, WRII is getting ready to merge with a larger company. So I assume ONMC is going to be used for something else.
