massimo, I can tell you this for sure> I met Vince's son at the pit along with several other investors in May. If you play the video that Greenmonster provided, you can see him. It's Arnold doing the talking. And johnny Z is there also.

PBLS might not have kept there promise about filing and other things but I have no reason to believe (as of today) that PA or RB have done anything to defraud shareholders on purpose. They have made lot of mis-judgements and mis-calculations but I don't believe they they have outright lied to shareholders. What you are asking would fall into out right lying to shareholders. Also, I don't think they will mention his families in a PR if he was not really involved. So, I think you can put that concern to rest, in my personal opinion. And don't forget, Vince is holding a staff position in PBLS.

"Mr. Alonzo added, "I am pleased to announce the additions of Vincent Promuto and Mike O'Riley to key staff positions within our Aggregate Division. Vince has joined our Company as Director of Acquisitions for mining and aggregate related equipment worldwide, while Mike O'Riley has assumed the position of Executive Vice President of International Operations."

"After our last news release this past Friday on the 30 million metric ton order over five years, Mike O'Riley and Vince Promuto have agreed to honor KOMEX's request to purchase our entire production for five years, with a five year extension if desired."

"Phoenix would like to thank the O'Riley family, the Promuto family and others, as yet unnamed, for making these deals possible for Phoenix Associates at this stage of the company's growth."
