moosedogger - I'm sure WMG will provide his own answer to your question, but last October was a long time ago.
Neuro thinks it most likely that a BP deal is still a few months away.
Even in the context of WMG's original stmt, there still would eventually come a time where Cortex would have to do a financing if a BP deal had not been struck.
Of course the big question is, should that time have reasonably been now.
