FWIW - i will be in dubai for a few weeks in september - volunteer to take pics or whatever, if some "insider" has concrete info ( no pun intended ).

had a very very long conversation with folks that come from all over the ME one night - to be blunt, i picked up some new business out of sympathy lol

but still volunteer to go to a location, if someone believes that there is one
