Dis, I had the pleasure of speaking with the chief
investigator on the ASC/Sulja case last week
prior to the release of the panel's ruling.
I will admit that I was a bit surprised
with the additional ruling against PV but
I was not surprised by the ASC ruling against SLJB.

The OSC asked the ASC for a reciprical ruling.
In order to comply with the OSC wishes,
it seems to me that the ASC has to formally
follow some sort of procedure. That is what the ASC appears
to have done. If the OSC removes the trade halt on
Sulja in Ontario on the 7th then the ASC is
expected to do the same. In the long run, I believe that
any damage done to Sulja will be minimal.
