Not sure but I would think whatever it means Belmont and Muese will get everything up and running. Great shell with only 5 million O/S!!

usualy they file a 1512g and deregister the shell is clean and ready for reverse merger

It look like they use to file with the SEC back in 2001 then stopped, which make sense because it's been sitting for so long! I would sure like to know what Belmont has in store for this gem.
