I am sure that is what happened. Doesn't take a genius to figure that one out. The company stuck with the bogus debt from Hayter filed against anyone they could think of. Doesn't mean squat IMO.
Major, the worse thing for reap is that unless this ballons to something like 25 bucks a share..... it's a loss for him.... i have great sympathy for that reason alone.
