Well, I understand where you are coming from. On the one hand, people need to know that any new company is still liable for the old one. It took me alot of convincing to think there was any prospect here, but we know that this is a real company to the extent they have management, an office, a product, and distribution. I'm not saying it's a perfect investment, but for the price and if that transfer agent stays ungagged and the UNRESTRICTED shares don't go up...
