What I know about is Florida, basically it appreared the Astrom people renewed a UCC they had on IBAC, Hayter, and Turner Hughes, and they corrected it to show the debtor as Three Sixty. I notices the absence of signatures and I think it is probably a pro forma filing renewing the debt. Of course, that serves an important reminder, when a company changes names, it's liabilities don't disappear.
