Yes, BA was their old "IR" firm. They recently hired a new one OFN (OTC Financial Network). OFN are well known promoters who are also well known for being big time dumpsters. I don't know their compensation but it is usually in stock which they can dump according to certain guidelines. Maybe someone can try and contact the CEO or the TA and ask them about OFN compensation and terms for selling shares.
