My take on this. What if? Instead of each dvd dribbling back individually, returning dvd's go to one of the 7 USPS facilities where they are scanned in and probably grouped together in bulk to be sent to either Franklin or Colorado. The inventory and all outgoing is then taken care of by Franklin and Colorado as soon as they get the USPS scans.
