I too would like to know why you say "delayed PR's"? I do not remember ever seeing them state a date for a PR, did I miss something? And if you are referring to what another poster here has posted then your compliant should be with them perhaps.
People here can and do post things for reasons other than good intention. Many a time we have seen someone say they called someone and were promised a PR by a certain date, that date comes, no PR, the price tanks and someone picks up some very cheap shares. Was it planed? Was it deliberate? I say sometimes yes, and sometimes no.
I can say for 100% sure, AURC did not say there would be a PR at a certain date. If I am wrong, please correct me.
