The very first CC of a young company historically creates excessive euphoria. In ERHC's case, this first CC was done while under a DOJ/SEC investigation. It was done with Akin Gump representation on the left, and Duane Morris representation on the right.
Absolutely, undeniably, BY THE BOOK.
It's a shame many don't recognize the significance of that. A good part of the "Nigerian face" was been removed when ERHC went from a non-CC holding, non-AGM holding, quiet shell to what it is today.
Conference Call -- Check.
Shareholder Meeting -- 6 months out, IMO. -- Check'ish.
There will always be those that think foreigners are inferior. They're the ones that missed out on the incredible gains in China, etc. due to their prejudice.
The world is changing, albiet slowly. Those who change first reap the rewards that come with change.
