A buyout offer would be nice but I don't think that will happen. With only 60M shares outstanding my guess is that its worth way over ten cents a share but without any financial information its hard to say for sure. My average buy price is about .005 so anything over .02 would be good considering the current sell price is almost nothing. We need volume to pick up in an upward trend which can only happen if company has some good news and such.
As far as that news of the contract I think it's from 2004. If true then company should be doing very well but have no way of knowing for sure.
