No everyone else did not, I think what some people here need to realize is that Offor being approached as a large sh'er is very different than ERHC as a whole. Also two different reporting requirements.

Astute, Manti ... I caught that also and it seemed like (Peter, wasn't it?) slightly emphasized the "... as we speak" aspect of the answer.

And I believe, if we can parse his comments, he said that the 'company' had not been approached for a buy-out (or buy-in). To me, technically, that doesn't address whether EO is negotiating a buy-in of his shares. Which, by the way, I believe is in the works.
