the A/S in in the BILLIONS..meaning the company can put those shares in the O/S and float. of course Mr. Tucker isnt interested in diluting (as we're told) and should reduce the number of Authorized shares. Uplisting includes moving to a higher market. this is a pink sheet stock If it doesnt uplist it will continue to stay in the pennys.
