I can't comment on Minaco, but I'll tell you this little secret, Brian and I have seen Minaco links on some EFGO(CHNW) sites dating back to March. Let's see, could Minaco be one of the shells that has it's own identity and Esprit sold shares to Minaco(to itself), wouldn't that be convenient. What is the advantage? Don't have a clue, taxes, takeover, better the share structure with spinoffs, who knows. I know that the company hasn't began to be forward with their operations, they are many, I know that. : )
