SOS I think if he is able to do the reverse/merger and get this on the Amex then he is going to have to change his phone number because he can't be giving information out unless it is available to all shareholders.
Also when he posts on his blog it should only be of things he is certain of, not promises of what may happen. If he is able to get this done and do things right then there may be a future for the new stock, let's see how it plays out.

My reply: He did have proof of taking the class. He just did not have the C card. I'm told by more than Ed that Joe has no proof of even taking a class. That is fine on his own time with his own life in his hands. But, I would not want to buddy with him.
