If the company is selling, and I believe they are, the PPS will continue to drop until selling is no longer attractive because of PPS or a fluid market price is found. Either way IMO we will see triple zeros'. As far as investor value, most new pinks use a 504 to raise capital. IPOs' are as risky as they come....just my opinion.
