So either Cortex already has whatever response or condition they were waiting on, or they are very confident it will happen soon enough to allow scheduling a CC before the end of the month.
Based on that, I'd expect a CC announcement this coming week.
If the condition Cortex has been waiting for is the official IND submission, that would start the 30 day clock with the FDA for a response.
Things could really start hopping around here (and with COR pps) in just a few weeks.
