I was actually talking about "buyout" price which (based on production and reserves) is around $0.2/sh for NWOG+SNGF. P/S and P/E estimates also point to $0.15-0.2 range (I haven't updated that data yet), but there is a big upside potential both for NWOG and especially SNGF production.
